Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am - 6pm, Fridays 9-3pm

We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to manage the back office and to lead and oversee clinical operations in our high-volume, implant-focused dental practice. This key role involves supervising and training dental assistants, coordinating daily workflow, managing surgical and implant inventory, and providing direct support to providers during complex procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of implant and surgical protocols, and excellent organizational skills. Experience with digital dentistry (CBCT, intraoral scanners, etc.) is highly preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Salary: $30-$35 per hour, DOE

Dental Assistants are required to perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Ensure the care and welfare of patients in courteous and friendly manner
• Thorough review of medical history, medications, and allergies for adequate care
• Provide chairside assistance, ensuring that the correct instruments and equipment are available
• Liaise with admin team to ensure smooth patient communication and transfer of information
• Prepare operatories for each procedure and break down operatories once complete

• Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred
• State-specific Dental Assistant license or certifications required if needed
